Delivery

All orders are made on order within three working days, at our Ukrainian or Danish printshop. Orders are typically shipped on the day of manufacture. In the case of sold-out products, you will be contacted shortly after placing your order with a proposition of either a replacement product, accept a delay or a refund.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost & Unclaimed

If a package are unclaimed and returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. If a package are returned due to wrong address, you will be liable for the cost of potential reshipment.

Cancellations

All of our products are made on order especially for you. For this reason, please contact us ASAP for cancellation and make sure to include your order number. Please understand, that in some cases the production of your ordered item may start as early as 1 hour after the placement of your order.

Quality Issues

Any claims related to broken/defective/misprinted or in other way damaged items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the product has been received.

Returns

Before returning a product please contact us. Please provide order number, a short written explannation of the issue with a photo attached. If a products is returned without contacting us in advance, we reserve the right not to issue a replacement/refund.

Refunds

Refunds are always refunded via the original source of payment.

Credit/debit Card: Refunds will typically show up in your bank account within five working days.

Crypto: Refunds are processed within 48 hours.

PayPal: Refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Prepaid Card: Refund may not be possible. If not, you will be contacted for a resolution and alternative refund method.
