VAT and custom fees, included? For most jurisdictions VAT and custom fees are included, however we can’t give a 100% guarantee for every single country. We are VAT registered in the EU and the UK, just as we work with VAT agents around the world to be able to prepay local VAT. In this way, your package should be on the way, without any additional VAT, custom handling fees or border delays. If you are hit by additional VAT or handling fees, we would love to know, so that we hopefully can improve future deliveries to the country in question.

For orders above typically €150, we will depending on country of delivery, often split your order into two. This to keep order value, below local limits for import duties. If you are VAT registered in your country, and would like to place a bigger order, please contact before paying.

How fast can I expect to receive my order? We aim to ship your order within 3 working days, and we successfully do this with 95% of orders placed. In the case of delay, we will inform you. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. All orders are shipped out of either Kherson (Ukraine) or Copenhagen (Denmark), with standard tracked shipping. Depending on your location, you should expect your package to arrive within 15 working days, and typically much faster. In rare occasions, shipping may take longer.

Products

Country of origin? Now this depends on the product in question, but on most of our product pages it should be listed. In general, it works like this. Our textiles are made from Turkish fabric and sewn in Ukraine, with a few exceptions for caps, beanies and 3rd. party brands. When it comes to mugs, pens, and everything not textile. The majority of the products are made in China, while maybe 20-40% are made in other countries, typically Ukraine, Germany, Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an item, how does it work? If you have purchased an item on our website that you would like to return, please follow these steps.

  • Contact us at support@respectliberty.com with the order number and returns notice in the email title. Please let us know, what you would like to return and why. Also, let us know if you would like to receive a refund or a new similar product (maybe you simply ordered the wrong size)
  • We offer a 30 day return policy to be understood like this. Within 30 days after receiving the product in question, you should contact us and let us know that you would like to return the product. And within the same time period, physically have it shipped to us from your location (it just has to leave you within the time frame, not arrive at our location)
  • As soon as you have made the return shipment, we will either refund you, or send you a new product as per your request.
  • PLEASE NOTE: When it comes to returns, we cover all of our outgoing shipping costs, while you as the buyer should cover shipping cost related to the actual return. Example: You have ordered a t-shirt in size S, but after trying it you would like to have it in size M instead. In this case, you need to cover the cost of returning the t-shirt to our premises, in either Kherson or Copenhagen (it does not matter, to what location you are returning an item). We will on the other hand, cover the shipping cost, related to sending your a new t-shirt in size M.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We always refund to your original method of payment. So say you paid with a certain debit card, your refund will go back to the same card.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns on items listed for sale on our website. If you have purchased a custom made product, agreed upon via direct communication. In this case, we will only refund the product if being defected or if we have made a mistake, such as sending the product in a wrong color or size.
