Please read these terms and conditions very carefully, as they are a binding agreement between you as a customer/user and Respect Liberty as a seller / service provider. Respect Liberty is a part of ETD Services Ltd, in these terms, we will just use the term Respect Liberty.
Respect Liberty reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice or notification. You can always find the latest version on this page, together with information on when the terms were last updated. Last update December 16 th. 2021
Access & Account
By making a purchase or by signing up as an affiliate, you create an account at Respect Liberty. Using our services you agree to follow our Terms & Conditions and act in good faith. If we you to act against our Terms & Conditions or act in bad faith, we reserves the right to close your account and not do any further business with you.
You as the user has the right to be forgotten/have your account closed. Simply send us an email and let us know that you want to close your account, and it will be done. If you just want to unsubscribe from our email list, please use the unsubscribe link in the next email that you receive.
Limited Warranty on Products
If you experience an issue with a product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. You may be eligible for a replacement product or refund.
We warrant that at the time of delivery of a product to a buyer, the product will not be defective or damaged.
The warranty is only covers the direct buyer, and cannot be transferred, in the case that a buyer resells or gifts away the product.
Our warranty does not cover the following defects in a product, caused by any of the following. a) you or other third parties b) any failure to follow product instructions
Shipping & Handling
We offer a global flat shipping rate at €15, no matter the number of ordered items, size or weight. Shipping is the carried out by UkrPoshta, and packages normally arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on your location.
All items are shipped within three working days unless you receive other information from our customer support shortly after your order.
As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you a tracking code. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder looking for an email from support@painfultouch.com.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are delivered, in a neutral box or envelope that fits the item(s). The return address will say e-trade Dynamics with no mentioning of the Painful Touch brand. Package declaration will normally say tools, toys or gadgets.
Custom Fees
Our items are in general shipped out of Ukrainian warehouse. We always take possible custom fees into consideration, when declaring custom value on a package. If anything you would like us to add to the declaration, please add in “Order Notes” during the checkout process.
All customs fees and charges (if any) are to be paid by the buyer. We as the seller bare no responsibility for any charges or fees that may occur.
Product Guarantee
We offer a 14 days product guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, not working or not working as described, please contact us within 14 days for a solution. Some of our brands offer a longer warranty, in this case, the warranty period is to be found in the product description.
Price Guarantee
We offer a 100% price match against all other European, US or Russian-based online sex/BDSM/leather toy sellers. For a shop to be considered European, the US or Russian-based it has to ship out of Europe, North America, Russia or a former USSR country. Our Price Guarantee calculates as “Price of item + shipping = Price to Guarantee”. So if you have purchased an item from our store at €50+€15/shipping and you find the same item listed at let’s say Amazon.de at €40+€15/shipping. Then we will refund you €10, as this being the difference between the two total prices. For our Price Guarantee, we always use our €10 flat shipping rate and not our €25 express rate, even if you added express shipping to your original order. Price Guarantee calculations are made from the starting point of what it would cost to order one item. Only offers that everyone can take advantage of without the need of any form of coupon code or club membership qualifies for Price Guarantee. To claim our Price Guarantee; you will need to contact us at support@painfultouch.com, no later than 14 days after you completed your purchase, at our store. There are no restrictions regarding special offers or similar – we will match all prices. The only requirement is that the offer, we are to match, is visible when we have a look. The product has to be identical and from the same producer. In case you find the product listed in £/$ and not € – the Price Guarantee is calculated using the exchange rate valid on the day, where you send us the Price Guarantee claim. Price Guarantee is normally refunded via the same payment method, as used for the original purchase. In the case that not possible to refund via this payment method, we reserve the right to offer a refund via Paypal or Bitcoin. In the case that, we are not able to refund via the original purchase method and you as a buyer are not able to receive a refund via Paypal or Bitcoin, we reserve the right to issue a voucher instead.
Return Policy
14-day return right – For whatever reason, if you are unsatisfied with your order within 14 days you can return it to us in new condition for a full refund (you will need to cover the return posting to our warehouse office).
Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel an order until it has shipped from our warehouse. If you do so, you can either receive a full refund or a credit voucher. For all orders that have shipped, we refer to our “Return Policy”-

Under no circumstances shall painfultouch.com be held reliable for any delay, failure or similar resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, internet failures, computer errors, electrical power failures, civil disturbances, governmental actions, orders of foreign courts or any other incident beyond our control.
Limited Liability
As a user of painfultouch.com you recognise to hold painfultouch.com, our affiliates, directors and employees harmless, from any losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal cost) which may occur, directly or indirectly, as a result of trade or use of any product purchased from painfultouch.com
